Sick and Memorable CNY

Ahhh! Fell sick on the 2nd day of cny.. so annoying.. flu, cough, sore throat, fever... all the brother sisters came together gether to celebrate cny with me...

Anyway, apart from being sick, this cny has to be most memorable one for me... Every year, my family and I will go to the temple on the 1st and 2nd day of cny. The 2nd day is for "fixing luck" (im translating directly from chinese cause I also dunno how else to explain). Seems like this year my luck is quite bad. Hence, I got this....

The "god" even ask me to cross the knife bridge on the day after that. Hearing that, my eyes also wanna drop adie... Knife bridge??!! Last time I see people cross only leh...

and so, we decided to stay another day juz so I can cross the knife bridge... and I did!!! wakakakkakaaa...

Its nothing much actually... Just 9 steps... There's still a thin red line on my left foot caused by this knife bridge.. but it doesnt hurt.. hehe.. i think i went too fast adie.. the person who was holding me keep telling to slow down.. Well, knowing most of you people must not have seen this, I took a video after I crossed... hehehe...

After crossing the knife bridge, there's another normal bridge that they call safety (平安) bridge.. When I was about to come down the stairs after crossing, the "god" waiting in front of the stairs stopped me... I was like, no way...... After he did some prayer thing then only he let me go down...

So many people cross the bridge also nothing... I tihnk I am the only one who got stopped... Well, I sure do hope the year gets better after all this.. lol...

Surprisingly, with the recession la.. bad economy la... factories closing down la... there was sooooo many houses putting fireworks this year... BIG ones summore... like war like that... non-stop firework competition... one after another.. LOL..

ok... I think its time for me to sleep adie... medicine taking effect adie... ish!
